Warner Bros. Pictures and Legendary Pictures have released a new teaser trailer for their upcoming video game adaptation, A Minecraft Movie. Directed by Jared Hess (Napoleon Dynamite), this adventure film based on the best-selling game of all time features a notable cast that includes Jason Momoa, Jack Black, Emma Myers, Danielle Brooks, Sebastian Hansen, and Jennifer Coolidge. "Step into the world of Minecraft, where creativity isn't just a tool for crafting—it’s vital for survival! Four outcasts—Garrett “The Garbage Man” Garrison (Momoa), Henry (Hansen), Natalie (Myers), and Dawn (Brooks)—are dealing with everyday challenges when they are unexpectedly transported through a mysterious portal to the Overworld: a strange, cubic paradise that thrives on imagination. To return home, they must navigate this realm (and defend it against threats like Piglins and Zombies) while embarking on a magical journey alongside an unexpected, skilled crafter, Steve (Black).
