Tripwire Interactive has revealed that the eagerly awaited Killing Floor 3 will not be released on March 25th as originally planned, but will instead come out later this year, with the specific date yet to be disclosed. This new installment in the well-known franchise transports players to the year 2091, seventy years after the events of its predecessor. The mega-corporation Horzine has created an ultimate army of obedient, bio-engineered monsters known as Zeds. Players will assume the role of a member of the rebel group called Nightfall, tasked with eliminating these vile creatures and safeguarding the future of humanity.
Players will have access to a wide range of weapons, from katanas to flamethrowers, as they combat the hordes across various locations, utilizing the environment to their advantage by activating things like fans and turrets.
To heighten the thrill and excitement, players can team up with up to five other teammates to form the ultimate Zed extermination squad.
