Marvel reveals the cast of Avengers: Doomsday through a live video as filming commences.

      Marvel Studios is experimenting with live stream-style announcements for its upcoming projects, but is this the most effective method for introducing these stories?

      We'll find out, as the public is just now learning about the cast for the upcoming superhero film Avengers: Doomsday through a newly released video announcement. During a live-stream event across their social media channels that lasted over five hours, Marvel revealed one major name after another for the cast. Beginning with Chris Hemsworth's name on a chair, a new name was announced approximately every 15 minutes.

      Before unveiling the entire cast, the official Avengers account also shared that production has started on the film, with the Russo Brothers and Kevin Feige at the helm. Take a look at the condensed video below…
