Finn Jones recently attended a convention in Mexico, reminiscing about his past while also looking ahead. According to IGN, Jones expressed his desire to reprise his role as Danny Rand/Iron Fist in the Marvel Netflix universe, stating, “There’s a willingness for the fans to see that happen. There’s a lot of willingness for the fans to see that not happen as well. I’m very aware of the critiques of the character and my role in it. My response to that is like, give me a chance, man. I’m here and I’m ready.”
He further mentioned, “I want to prove people wrong. So I would love to see that happen.” Iron Fist was one of the least well-received shows in the Marvel Netflix lineup.
These remarks come after Brad Winderbaum from Marvel shared thoughts on the return of Marvel Netflix characters, describing the idea as “creatively extremely exciting” and something they are “very much exploring.”
