The trailer for Star Wars: Tales of the Underworld has been unveiled in anticipation of its premiere on May the Fourth.
Following the releases of Star Wars: Tales of the Jedi and Star Wars: Tales of the Empire, Disney and Lucasfilm return with another chapter in their animated anthology series. This time, Dave Filoni explores the narratives of two legendary animated Star Wars villains, Asajj Ventress and Cad Bane, in Star Wars: Tales of the Underworld.
Set to launch on Disney+ on Star Wars Day, May 4th, Star Wars: Tales of the Underworld is directed and executive produced by Dave Filoni, featuring a voice cast that includes Nika Futterman, Corey Burton, Artt Butler, Lane Factor, AJ LoCascio, Clare Grant, Dawn-Lyen Gardner, and Eric Lopez. The trailer, along with the official poster and promotional images, can be viewed below.
Star Wars: Tales of the Underworld delves into the criminal underworld of the Star Wars galaxy through the stories of two prominent villains. Asajj Ventress, a former assassin and bounty hunter, receives a second chance at life and must flee with an unforeseen ally, while the outlaw Cad Bane encounters his past when he meets an old friend, now a Marshal on the opposing side of the law.
Star Wars: Tales of the Underworld is set to premiere on Disney+ on May 4th, 2025.
