Vertical has unveiled a trailer, poster, and images for the upcoming comedy I Don’t Understand You, written and directed by David Joseph Craig and Brian Crano. The film stars Nick Kroll and Andrew Rannells as a couple who opt for an Italian getaway before their upcoming adoption, but their seemingly ideal vacation takes several dark and unexpected turns.
In addition to Kroll and Rannells, the cast includes Morgan Spector, Nunzia Schiano, Eleanora Romandini, Paolo Romano, and Amanda Seyfried. Take a look at the trailer below...
Dom (Nick Kroll) and Cole (Andrew Rannells), a couple ready to adopt a baby, decide to take a trip to Italy — a perfect chance to reconnect before their new family member arrives. Everything appears perfect, embodying the ideal European babymoon, until their plans start to unravel. After getting lost on the way to dinner, their car becomes stuck in a ditch, leaving them stranded in the countryside during a heavy storm. These two Americans, accustomed to comfort, find themselves in a foreign country without cell service, unable to speak Italian, and facing rising anxiety that could lead to an explosion at any moment.
I Don’t Understand You is set to be released in theaters on June 6th.
