Cthulhu’s Reach: Devil Reef presents a new character.

Developer The Fine Arc has launched a new playable character for their Lovecraftian action-roguelike co-op dungeon crawler, Cthulhu’s Reach: Devil Reef. This update introduces new audio assets, a character customization system, gameplay adjustments, and more. Check out the video below to see Florence in action.

Hailing from England, Florence grew up in the soot and smog of London’s busy streets. After her luck ran out, she encountered Mr. Blackwood and eventually found herself heading to Innsmouth to settle her debts.

Innsmouth is a stark contrast to the lively streets of London, with its decaying buildings, salty, moldy air, and unwelcoming residents. However, it's merely a stop on her journey before reaching the Devil Reef. Can Florence delve deeper into this darker realm, confront the eldritch horrors that await her, and uncover treasures of gold? With your assistance, perhaps she can succeed.

In addition to the new playable character, this update features a character customization system that enables players to design their character's appearance. The update also includes enhancements to enemy spawning, boss battles, gameplay balance, and more.

Play as Florence now in Cthulhu’s Reach: Devil Reef, available on Steam Early Access.
