Star Wars joins Monopoly Go!
Scopely has revealed an exciting collaboration event featuring two beloved franchises, as Star Wars joins Monopoly Go!. This crossover will take players on a two-month journey through the entire Skywalker Saga and The Mandalorian. A new trailer, along with a development video showcasing the making of this collaboration, can be found below.
Throughout this remarkable event, players will have the opportunity to unlock iconic characters from the films and engage in a captivating story that begins with Peg-E, Monopoly Go!’s cherished robot, visiting Mr. Monopoly’s exclusive movie theater to watch Star Wars. This leads to an imaginative daydream where she reinterprets the Monopoly Go! universe in that galaxy far, far away.
In addition to a timeless conflict of good versus evil and light versus dark, players will participate in a series of action-filled in-game events, collect various items, and discover surprises. Players can unlock the limited-time Star Wars GO! album, which includes 22 exclusive sticker sets, each depicting a unique story that merges Monopoly Go! with the legends of Star Wars, inspired by the saga’s most memorable moments. Those who log in on May the 4th will receive an exclusive token.
This significant crossover delivers the joy of fan-favorite Monopoly Go! events while incorporating a generous sprinkle of Star Wars adventure. The events include:
- Pod and Rebel Racers – Compete in renowned Star Wars vehicles through the Mos Espa Grand Arena and the icy planet of Hoth in a reimagined version of Monopoly Go!’s high-stakes multiplayer event, Tycoon Racers.
- Star Wars, Jedi, and Hyperspace Partners Events – Players can collaborate with friends to build grand Star Wars-themed statues of legendary characters and starships from the Star Wars universe, earning incredible rewards together.
- Tatooine, Jawa, and Tusken Treasures – Journey to Tatooine in three special digging-themed events to uncover treasures inspired by the films.
Collect themed tokens, emojis, signature dice, and shields by completing sticker albums and challenges from these events.
