Evil Dead Rise expands its cast by adding possible Deadite victims.
Burn, baby, burn! The cast of Evil Dead Burn has been expanded with the addition of Hunter Doohan, Luciane Buchanan, and Tandi Wright, who will join previously announced cast member Souheila Yacoub in the splatter horror film.
Directed by Sébastien Vaniček, known for the spider horror film Infested, Evil Dead Burn features a script by Florent Bernard, who has collaborated with Vaniček before. The film will be produced by Rob Tapert and Sam Raimi, the creator of the series. Bruce Campbell will join Romel Adam, Jose Canas, and Lee Cronin as executive producers.
Doohan recently appeared alongside Bryan Cranston in Showtime’s Your Honor and has credits in Daredevil: Born Again and Truth Be Told. Buchanan is set to appear with Jason Momoa in the upcoming Apple TV+ series Chief of War and is currently involved in Netflix’s The Night Agent. Meanwhile, Wright has a role in the horror film Pearl and is now featured in Hulu’s Creamerie.
New Line will release the film domestically through Warner Bros. Pictures on July 24, 2026. Sony will handle international distribution, with StudioCanal in the UK and Metropolitan in France. Keep an eye out for updates on Evil Dead Burn.
