Roadside Attractions and Lionsgate have unveiled a trailer for The Home, featuring Pete Davidson in a leading role. He plays a man assigned to community service at a care home, where he discovers that some residents are confined for legitimate reasons.
Directed by James DeMonaco, the creator of The Purge, The Home also includes performances from John Glover (Smallville), Bruce Altman (Regarding Henry), Marilee Talkington (See), and Ethan Phillips (Purge: Election Year). You can view the poster and trailer below.
“In this horror thriller from the creator of The Purge, a rebellious young man is required to complete community service at a quiet retirement home. The fourth floor residents are strictly off-limits, as they are said to need ‘special care.’ As he becomes increasingly suspicious and investigates further, he uncovers a terrifying secret that threatens the lives of the residents and his own.”
The Home will be released in theaters on July 25.
