The unsettling dungeon crawler, Horripilant, has released a demo and a teaser trailer.

Pas Game Studio has released a demo for their upcoming creepy incremental dungeon crawler, Horripilant, which is inspired by Vermis. This demo offers players a chance to experience the initial segments of the game’s core incremental gameplay, allowing uninterrupted play until they reach level 10. A new trailer is available below.

Players who buy the game after trying the demo will have their progress saved, enabling them to continue from level 10.

Horripilant blends elements of idler, puzzle, and autobattler genres into a horror-themed dungeon crawling experience. Players begin as an aged, battered knight who finds himself lost in the depths of a dark, abandoned dungeon, with no recollection of how he arrived there. Mysterious voices seem to call him from the walls, urging him to descend an empty staircase, thus starting the knight’s journey.

As players delve further into the dungeon, they will confront strange and horrifying creatures lurking in the shadows, engaging them in combat. Additionally, players will face cryptic puzzles that must be solved to progress through the dungeon. They will also need to mine, gather resources, and uncover the mysteries of this abyss to find a way out.

      Horripilant features include:

      - Earning and collecting materials.

      - Facing terrifying foes and defeating them.

      - Solving puzzles and exploring the darkness.

      - Upgrading equipment for deeper exploration.

      - Encountering the god and receiving powerful boons.

      - Repeating, adapting, and surviving in the depths.

The demo for Horripilant is now available on Steam for PC.
