Sintopia has been given a release date, along with a trailer and a substantial new demo.

      Team17 Digital and Piraknights Games have announced that Sintopia, the humor-filled God-building simulation game, will enter Early Access on Steam on September 4th. To celebrate this launch, a new trailer has been released, which can be viewed below. Additionally, a substantial new demo has been made available on Steam, showcasing all the content currently developed by the team.

      This enhanced demo will provide players with some 'work experience' as they navigate the intense bureaucracy of Hell management. Beyond the confines of Hell, there's much to explore and experience in the Overworld as well. The demo introduces a new spell called Magmine, which is a throwable fireball that explodes upon contact, spreading fire; however, if it fails to hit a character or structure, it turns into a landmine, lying in wait for the next unfortunate passerby. Players can also rebind keyboard shortcuts, with the current keys displayed in the settings.

      Players will observe that the Fear and Motivation technologies in the Liber Administratum have been combined, reducing the cost to acquire them. There’s also improved visual feedback for Magical Resistance, which helps players better understand ongoing events.

      Numerous quality-of-life enhancements have been incorporated, including:

      - Dedicated alerts for raids.

      - All Specialist Punishment buildings are now tier 1 unlocks in the Liber Administratum.

      - A new UI info panel in the orbital view that displays various statistics.

      - Force Push becomes stronger the longer the line is drawn.

      - The addition of primary and secondary map objectives, enabling players to see where the chaos is occurring.

      - Saints now appear upon resurrection instead of randomly.

      - Permanent highlights on interactive objects.

      Sintopia combines building and god game elements, placing players in a world where the quirky chickpea people leave their mark by engaging in numerous sins. Players will punish the souls of the dead, keep their expense receipts, and generate profits to create a thriving Hell empire.
