Apple TV+ releases a new trailer for the third season of Foundation.

With only a month remaining until the return of Foundation for its third season, a new trailer has been released online for Apple TV+’s acclaimed sci-fi series. This season picks up just over 150 years after season 2 and follows the group of exiles as they continue their quest to rebuild civilization and save humanity; you can watch it below…

Set 152 years after the conclusion of season two, The Foundation has significantly established itself well beyond its modest origins, while the Cleonic Dynasty’s Empire has declined. As these two galactic forces form a tenuous alliance, a daunting threat emerges in the form of a warlord known as “The Mule,” who aims to dominate the universe through military might and mind control. The outcome remains uncertain: who will triumph, who will falter, and who will survive as Hari Seldon, Gaal Dornick, the Cleons, and Demerzel engage in a potentially lethal game of intergalactic chess.

The third season will feature the return of Jared Harris, Lee Pace, Lou Llobell, Laura Birn, Cassian Bilton, Terrence Mann, and Rowena King, along with new additions Cherry Jones, Brandon P. Bell, Synnøve Karlsen, Cody Fern, Tómas Lemarquis, Alexander Siddig, Troy Kotsur, and Pilou Asbæk.

Foundation season 3 will debut on Apple TV+ on July 11th.
