
The car combat game Scaravan 66 will bypass Early Access and be released in its entirety later this year.
Lithic Entertainment has announced that they will be bypassing the Early Access phase for their upcoming car combat roguelike, Scaravan 66, and will be moving straight to a full 1.0 release later this year. Along with this announcement, a significantly updated demo has been released, now available on Steam.
The new demo for Scaravan 66 includes a fully revamped user interface, an intriguing new character to encounter in the Junkyard, and a revised tutorial designed to help players navigate the demon-infested roads.
In Scaravan 66, players will take on the role of a Road Reaper, battling against undead foes and demons sent by the Devil to obstruct their progress. Each attempt to escape this hellish realm will allow players to grow stronger and learn more about the world they inhabit.
Players can make pit stops to interact with other Road Reapers, who will offer their abilities to assist in their journey. Any assistance received will be crucial, as the Devil is always a step ahead, dispatching a variety of enemies with differing strengths and in increasing numbers.
Scaravan 66 will officially launch with its 1.0 version later this year, and it can already be added to wishlists on Steam.
