A new trailer has been unveiled for Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles 2.
In anticipation of the advance access launch for Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles 2 later this week, SEGA has unveiled a new trailer that showcases everything up to the Hashira Training Arc, along with some gameplay from VS mode. Check out the trailer below…
Step into the realm of Demon Slayer as Tanjiro Kamado in this thrilling adventure. Engage in an expansive single-player story mode where you battle through the Entertainment District Arc, the Swordsmith Village Arc, and the Hashira Training Arc as depicted in the anime. Defeat demons on your quest and take on upper rank demons alongside allies in search of a way to heal Tanjiro’s sister.
In VS Mode, players can choose from over 40 characters, including the nine Hashira, the top swordsmen of the Demon Slayer Corps. New features have been introduced, such as Dual Ultimates and Gear. Additionally, players with save data from either Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles or Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- Sweep The Board will receive bonuses, including character unlock keys and battle outfits for VS Mode.
Post-launch, an “Infinity Castle Arc Character Pass” will be available for future character DLC. Furthermore, Muzan Kibutsuji, the series’ main antagonist, will also be accessible in VS Mode through a free update following the game's release.
Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles 2 can now be pre-ordered in both Standard and Deluxe Editions. Players who pre-order the Deluxe Edition by August 5th will gain access to the game up to five days early.
