IFC Films has unveiled the initial trailer for Whistle, the forthcoming horror film directed by Corin Hardy (The Nun).
A group of high school students accidentally discovers a cursed Aztec Death Whistle, realizing that when they blow it, the horrifying sound calls forth death to pursue them. This revelation propels them into a frantic quest to halt the chain of events they have initiated before it's too late.
The film stars Dafne Keen, Sophie Nélisse, Sky Yang, Jhaleil Swaby, Ali Skovbye, Percy Hynes White, Michelle Fairley, and Nick Frost. Watch the trailer below...
A mismatched group of unsuspecting high school students comes across a cursed object, an ancient Aztec Death Whistle. They learn that blowing the whistle unleashes a terrifying sound that summons their eventual deaths to track them down. As the number of victims increases, the friends delve into the origins of the lethal artifact in a desperate attempt to prevent the terrifying sequence of events they have triggered.
Whistle is set to hit theaters in 2026.
