      Before its world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival, StudioCanal has unveiled a poster and trailer for Kirk Jones' upcoming drama, I Swear.

      The film is inspired by the true story of Tourette Syndrome advocate John Davidson, detailing the challenges he faced and overcame during his adolescence and early adulthood while striving to raise awareness and understanding of his condition.

      The cast features Robert Aramayo, Maxine Peake, Shirley Henderson, and Peter Mullan. Watch the trailer below…

      Diagnosed with Tourette's at the age of 15, John Davidson encountered and triumphed over numerous difficulties stemming from a condition that was largely unknown and completely misunderstood in Britain during the 1980s. I SWEAR is a humorous, touching, and poignant portrayal of John's journey.

      I Swear is set to be released in theaters on October 10th.
