Alan Moore and Brian Bolland’s Batman: The Killing Joke is regarded as one of the most iconic and disturbing graphic novels in Batman's lore. The story delves into the Joker’s backstory and warped philosophy, posing a haunting question: Can a single bad day drive someone to insanity? The Joker orchestrates a gruesome carnival as part of his dark experiment, abducting Commissioner Gordon and cruelly testing his mental stability. The themes of psychological horror and moral ambiguity have solidified The Killing Joke as the quintessential Joker narrative.
Hot Toys is thrilled to present the 1/6th scale The Joker Collectible Figure, inspired by the comic Batman: The Killing Joke. The figure features two newly crafted head sculpts with rolling eyeballs, intricate wrinkles, makeup, and finely sculpted curly green hair that enhances the eerie appearance. One head sculpt presents an open-mouth grin, complete with a magnetically attachable tongue; the other displays a squinting, grinning expression and comes with a removable hat that can be swapped between both head sculpts. The Joker is outfitted in his comic-accurate costume, which includes a wire-embedded purple coat and jacket layered over a yellow waistcoat, black shirt, green ribbon, black belt, and purple pants complemented by black shoes. With eight interchangeable gloved hands, collectors can pose him in his signature expressive stances. In line with the original panels, his arsenal includes a small knife and a pistol that triggers a “Click Click Click” flag. Additional accessories consist of a camera, a cane, and a Joker card. The set is completed with a backdrop featuring the comic's cover art from Batman: The Killing Joke, which can be mounted on the specially designed figure stand.
With dual head sculpts, authentic costume details, and faithful accessories, this figure encapsulates the Joker’s twisted elegance. Don’t miss out on this masterpiece for fans and collectors seeking Gotham’s darkest laugh.
