      Taking place in 1849, a widowed doctor agrees to care for a woman and her daughter amidst the spread of a strange illness. However, as rumors surface about the girl potentially being possessed, the physician must decide whether to flee or safeguard the child.

      The film features a cast that includes Guy Pearce, DeWanda Wise, Bill Pullman, Raoul Trujillo, Jamie Neumann, Jack Alcott, Joanna Cassidy, and Emily Ford. You can watch the trailer below…

      "In the summer of 1849, a widowed physician hesitantly takes a recently freed slave and her enigmatic Caucasian daughter on a five-day trek through the violent West to find a remote town's Faith Healer. The mother believes her daughter is possessed, while the doctor thinks she simply carries The Sickness. Regardless, the reality remains that everything the girl touches mysteriously perishes."

      Killing Faith is scheduled for release on October 3rd.
