A teaser trailer for Return to Silent Hill has been released online, showcasing the upcoming adaptation of the beloved video game Silent Hill 2. The film features filmmaker Christophe Gans, who directed the 2006 Silent Hill, returning to helm the third installment of the horror movie series.
In the film, James (Jeremy Irvine) receives a mysterious letter that compels him to return to Silent Hill, where he discovers a town altered by a malevolent force. This journey leads him to question his own sanity as he searches for his lost love, Mary (Hannah Emily Anderson), drawing him further into the town's darkness. Check out the trailer below…
Return to Silent Hill centers on James (Jeremy Irvine), a man shattered by his separation from his one true love. When a cryptic letter beckons him back to Silent Hill to find her, he encounters a once-familiar town now corrupted by an unknown evil. As James ventures deeper into the ominous surroundings, he faces frightening figures, both known and unfamiliar, and begins to doubt his own sanity while striving to understand reality and hold on long enough to rescue his lost love.
RETURN TO SILENT HILL is set to hit theaters in January 2026.
