The new trailer for Netflix's Wayward invites us to explore the enigmatic town of Tall Pines.

      With less than a month until Wayward premieres on Netflix, the streaming service has unveiled a new poster and trailer for the upcoming mystery thriller series.

      Set in the enigmatic town of Tall Pines, the show centers on a police officer who returns to his hometown with his expectant wife and gets involved in an inquiry regarding a local school for troubled teens. It quickly becomes apparent that the institution and its enigmatic head may not be as they appear.

      The cast features Mae Martin, Toni Collette, Sarah Gadon, Sydney Topliffe, Alyvia Alyn Lind, Brandon Jay McLaren, Tattiawna Jones, Isolde Ardies, Joshua Close, Patrick J. Adams, Patrick Gallagher, Gage Munroe, and Byron Mann. You can watch the trailer below...

      "In the seemingly perfect town of Tall Pines, dark secrets hide behind every closed door. Shortly after police officer Alex Dempsey (Mae Martin) and his pregnant wife Laura (Sarah Gadon) move into their new residence, he forms a bond with two students, Abbie (Sydney Topliffe) and Leila (Alyvia Alyn Lind), from the nearby school for 'troubled teens', who are eager to escape and may hold the key to revealing the town's corruption.       Wayward is set to debut on Netflix on September 25th.
