Tokyo Underground Killer is a fast-paced, first-person action game set in a cyberpunk version of Tokyo in the near future, where players explore a rich storyline consisting of 11 missions. Each mission takes place in locations inspired by actual areas in Tokyo, including Shinjuku, Akihabara, and Shibuya, alongside a central city hub offering various shops and mini-games like Pachinko or UFO Catchers. Between missions, players can relax in their apartment in Shinjuku.

Players assume the role of Kobayashi, the "Shinjuku Vampire" hitman, navigating the city’s criminal underbelly in a story filled with survival and violence. In addition to his lethal katana “Jubokko,” Kobayashi can utilize 10 upgradable Blood Skills powered by the enemies he has defeated. He also has access to a variety of weapons, including shuriken launchers and cursed Japanese dolls.

The streets of futuristic Tokyo are perilous, as players will encounter a range of formidable gang bosses, vengeful idols, and cunning cult leaders, along with numerous henchmen patrolling the streets.

Behind the scenes, there’s a lot to appreciate, featuring nearly 100 dynamic comic page scenes illustrated by Hans “Heavy Metal Hanzo” Steinbach, more than 25 voice actors in both Japanese and English, including the iconic Hidekatsu Shibata (Naruto, One Piece, Dragon Ball), and over 2 hours of original electronic music composed by Andrew Hulshult.

Tokyo Underground Killer is currently available on Steam, offering a 10% discount during its first week. A free demo is also available, showcasing a selection of tutorial missions.
