Trailer for the Japanese historical epic, Samurai Fury.

      Well Go USA has unveiled a poster and trailer for the action-filled Japanese historical epic, Samurai Fury, directed by Irie Yu.

      Adapted from Ryosuke Kakine’s novel Muromachi Burai, the film tells the story of a defiant wanderer who unites a group of misfit warriors to challenge the shogun and rescue their nation from destruction.

      The cast features Oizumi Yo, Tsutsumi Shinichi, Nagao Kento, and Matsumoto Wakana. You can watch the trailer below…

      As famine and disease plague Japan in the 15th century, the indifferent shogun stands by without aiding his fellow countrymen. Having witnessed enough suffering, rebellious wanderer Hasuda Hyoe devises a plan to overthrow the shogun and save Japan from its own ruin.

      Samurai Fury will be available digitally on October 7th.
