      Daisy Ridley will face a zombie apocalypse this January with the premiere of the post-apocalyptic survival thriller We Bury the Dead, directed by Zak Hilditch (1922). You can view the teaser trailer for the film below, courtesy of Vertical Entertainment.

      Following a disastrous military incident, the deceased not only rise but also hunt. The military claims they are innocuous and slow, providing assurance for grieving families. However, when Ava (Daisy Ridley) ventures into a quarantine area in search of her missing husband, she uncovers a terrifying reality: the undead are becoming increasingly violent, relentless, and perilous with each passing moment.

      Joining Daisy Ridley in the cast of We Bury the Dead are Brenton Thwaites, Mark Coles Smith, and Matt Whelan.

      We Bury the Dead is scheduled for release on January 2, 2026.
