      Showtime's acclaimed survival/supernatural thriller series *Yellowjackets* is reaching its conclusion. The show, featuring Melanie Lynskey, Christina Ricci, Tawny Cypress, Sophie Thatcher, and others, will wrap up with its fourth season next year.

      *Yellowjackets* narrates "the story of a group of talented high school girls' soccer players who find themselves as the unfortunate survivors of a plane crash in the remote northern wilderness. Combining elements of survival adventure, psychological horror, and coming-of-age drama, the series depicts their transformation from a complex but thriving team into savage factions, while also exploring the attempts to rebuild their lives nearly 25 years later, demonstrating that the past is never truly behind us and that what started in the wilderness is far from over."

      Throughout the series, viewers have witnessed the 19 months the Yellowjackets were trapped in the woods, interspersed with glimpses of their current lives. The third season concluded with a flashback offering a flicker of hope for the survivors' rescue, even as many spiraled deeper into their ritualistic cannibalism, while the present timeline portrayed some survivors meeting their demise as others confronted their dark instincts.
