      During the Anne Rice Immortal Universe panel at New York Comic Con yesterday, AMC unveiled a new trailer for The Vampire Lestat, the third season of the gothic horror series Interview with the Vampire. They also announced five new cast members for the show: Sheila Atim (The Woman King) as Akasha, Noah Reid (Outer Range) as Larry, Ryan Kattner (Destroy All Neighbors) as Salamander, Seamus Patterson (Channel Zero) as Alex, and Sarah Swire (Murdoch Mysteries) as TC.       “In the third season, the Vampire Lestat tells his story in a way only he can — by forming a band and going on tour. Gabrielle. Nicholas. Magnus. Marius. Those Who Must Be Kept. They accompany Louis, Armand, Molloy, Sam, Raglan, and Fareed on a sensual journey through space, time, and trauma."

      Returning cast members include Sam Reid (Lestat), Jacob Anderson (Louis), Delainey Hayles (Claudia), Eric Bogosian (Molloy), and Assad Zaman (Armand), along with new faces like Jennifer Ehle (Lioness) as Gabriella, Christopher Heyerdahl (Under the Banner of Heaven) as Marius, Damien Atkins (Slings & Arrows) as Magnus, Ella Ballentine (Black Conflux) as Baby Jenks, and Jeanine Serralles (Apples Never Fall) as Christine Claire.

      The Vampire Lestat is scheduled to premiere in 2026.
