Dark Horse is making a comeback in the Star Wars: The High Republic universe with the new Pathfinders series.

      Dark Horse Comics has announced its return to the High Republic era next year with a six-issue limited series titled Star Wars: The High Republic Adventures – Pathfinders, written by George Mann (Star Wars: Hyperspace Stories – Qui-Gon) and illustrated by Partha Pratim (Miles Morales: Spider-Man), Jagdish Kumar (G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero), and Michael Atiyeh (Star Wars: Hyperspace Stories: The Bad Batch).

      “I’m incredibly excited to explore the era of the Pathfinders and venture into uncharted territories for an exciting new adventure,” Mann stated. “Partha is doing an amazing job with the artwork, and I eagerly anticipate fans meeting the new crew and joining their quest for answers within this dark and intriguing mystery. Additionally, there may be a cameo or two from some familiar faces.”

      “Working on Pathfinders has been a truly fulfilling experience,” Pratim expressed. “I can’t wait for fans to experience this new adventure and immerse themselves in the galaxy we have been creating.”

      Set approximately 20 years after Phase II of The High Republic, a new team of Republic Pathfinders is sent to a remote area of the galaxy to investigate the bizarre death of a Jedi Master. However, as the team delves into the mystery, they uncover that not everything about this mission is as straightforward as it appears. Will the team be able to resolve the situation and unravel the Jedi’s enigmatic death?

      Star Wars: The High Republic Adventures – Pathfinders #1 is set to be released on March 11, 2026.
