Stranger Things: Catalyst VR debuts at Sandbox VR locations.

      Sandbox VR has announced that the eagerly awaited fully immersive VR game, Stranger Things: Catalyst, is now accessible at Sandbox VR locations across the globe. Developed in partnership with Netflix, this new VR adventure allows players to become test subjects of Dr. Brenner, with Matthew Modine reprising his legendary role.

      In Stranger Things: Catalyst, players will delve into the ominous corridors of Hawkins National Laboratory, the Rainbow Room, the unsettling woods of Mirkwood, and the terrifying Upside Down as part of Doctor Brenner’s experiments. As test subjects, players will wield terrifying telekinetic powers, akin to Eleven, enabling them to hurl objects, break through barriers, and combat supernatural beings such as Demobats, Demodogs, and the Demogorgon.

      Being trapped as a test subject isn’t enjoyable, so players must escape from Hawkins National Lab, uncover the secrets within, and discover the extent of their supernatural abilities. In addition to making their getaway, players will endure a few nosebleeds (figuratively speaking), as the rift to the Upside Down has opened, allowing enemies to invade and threatening not only the players but all of Hawkins. Team up to eliminate the threat and protect the town.
