      In the fall of 1987, Hawkins bears the scars of the Rifts’ opening, and our heroes are united by one objective: to find and eliminate Vecna. Their mission is further complicated by the government's military quarantine of the town and its intensified efforts to capture Eleven, forcing her back into hiding. As the anniversary of Will’s disappearance draws near, an oppressive, familiar dread begins to settle in. The final confrontation is approaching, bringing with it a darkness more formidable and deadly than anything they have confronted before.
