The Strangers make their comeback in the teaser trailer for The Strangers: Chapter 3.
It has only been a few months since The Strangers: Chapter 2 was released in theaters, but Lionsgate has now unveiled the first teaser trailer for The Strangers: Chapter 3. Serving as the finale of the trilogy, the third installment sees Madelaine Petsch returning to confront the masked murderers for one last time.
The Strangers trilogy was filmed consecutively in 2022, directed by Renny Harlin with scripts penned by Alan R. Cohen and Alan Freedland. This trilogy serves as a reboot of the 2008 film, which depicts a married couple experiencing a home invasion by a trio of sadistic masked killers.
Kicking off with The Strangers: Chapter 1, Harlin’s trilogy follows Petsch’s character, Maya Lucas, who encounters the strangers during a road trip with her husband. The second chapter picked up immediately where the first left off, suggesting that Chapter 3 will continue the narrative right where the audience last saw Maya in her battle against her would-be assassins.
