Ryan Murphy's The Beauty announces a January premiere along with its first-look images.

      Disney+ and FX have officially revealed that "The Beauty," a new thriller series produced by Ryan Murphy (known for American Horror Story and Monster), will premiere in January. The show is based on the Image comic series created by Jeremy Haun and Jason A. Hurley.

      In FX’s "The Beauty," the glamorous world of high fashion takes a dark turn as international supermodels begin to die in brutal and mysterious circumstances. FBI Agents "Cooper Madsen" (Evan Peters) and "Jordan Bennett" (Rebecca Hall) are dispatched to Paris to uncover the truth. As they investigate further, they discover a sexually transmitted virus that turns ordinary individuals into embodiments of perfect physical beauty, but with horrifying repercussions. Their investigation leads them to "The Corporation" (Ashton Kutcher), a reclusive tech billionaire who has secretly developed a miracle drug called "The Beauty" and will do anything to safeguard his trillion-dollar business—including deploying his deadly enforcer, "The Assassin" (Anthony Ramos). Amidst the growing epidemic, "Jeremy" (Jeremy Pope), a desperate outsider, becomes entangled in the turmoil, seeking purpose while the agents race through Paris, Venice, Rome, and New York to thwart a threat that could change humanity's future. "The Beauty" is a global thriller that poses the question: what are you willing to sacrifice for perfection?

      In addition to Evan Peters, Rebecca Hall, Ashton Kutcher, Anthony Ramos, and Jeremy Pope, the guest cast for the 11-episode series features Amelia Gray Hamlin, Ari Graynor, Bella Hadid, Ben Platt, Billy Eichner, Isabella Rossellini, Jaquel Spivey, Jessica Alexander, Jon Jon Briones, John Carroll Lynch, Julie Halston, Lux Pascal, Meghan Trainor, Nicola Peltz Beckham, Peter Gallagher, and Vincent D’Onofrio. "The Beauty" will launch on FX and Hulu in the U.S. on January 21st and will be available internationally on Disney+ beginning January 22nd.
