New teaser for the Prince Naseem Hamed biopic, Giant.

      With only a month remaining until its theatrical debut, a new trailer has been released online for the upcoming biographical drama, Giant.

      The film, written and directed by Rowan Athale and produced by Sylvester Stallone, features Amir El-Masry portraying Prince Naseem Hamed, telling the life story of the British-Yemeni boxing champion from his upbringing in Sheffield to becoming a sports icon in the 1990s, aided by his trainer Brendan Ingle (Pierce Brosnan).

      The cast also consists of Ali Saleh, Ghaith Saleh, Katherine Dow Blyton, Olivia Barrowclough, Elika Ashoori, Austin Haynes, Rocco Haynes, Oliver Joseph Brooke, Arian Nik, Big Jake, Kelvin Ade, and Mehdi Mangoli.

      Based on the extraordinary real-life tale of the renowned British-Yemeni boxing champion Prince Naseem “Naz” Hamed, the film depicts his inspiring journey from modest beginnings in Sheffield to achieving world champion status and becoming a global sports icon in the 1990s. It delves into the unlikely yet heartfelt relationship between Naz and his Irish boxing trainer Brendan Ingle and highlights Ingle’s crucial influence on Naz’s path to success. Featuring thrilling and intense scenes in the ring, along with poignant and intimate moments behind the scenes, GIANT presents an inspiring biopic of one of the greatest entertainers the sports world has ever known – the untold true story of the boy behind The Prince.

      Giant is scheduled for release on January 9th.
