New Doctor Who Adventures featuring Paul McGann’s Eighth Doctor are now available with Empty Vessels.
Big Finish Productions has unveiled a new box set featuring fresh adventures with the Eighth Doctor. Doctor Who – The Eighth Doctor Adventures: Empty Vessels marks the return of Paul McGann in his well-loved role as he confronts a ghost ship and meets the Zygons.
This audio box set offers two new adventures for the Doctor, which are:
Eos Falling by Matt Fitton – In this tale, the Doctor, along with his companions Helen (Hattie Morahan) and Liv (Nicola Walker), arrives on an abandoned spaceship that is heading towards a populated planet. Although the ship has no crew, the three travelers are not alone, and the ship appears to suggest a potential future for Helen after her time with the Doctor concludes. The cast includes Orlessa Altass as Jenkar, Thomas Michaelson as Roscoe, Molly Harris as Willa, and Holly Jackson Walters as Crew.

Lure of the Zygons – Parts One and Two by Roy Gill – When the Doctor answers a distress signal, the trio finds themselves on a far-off planet. Here, they encounter Captain Elhan, who is searching through a crashed ship for her missing sibling. However, as the Doctor, his companions, and the Captain investigate the wreck, a menacing storm approaches, along with the dangerous shape-shifting Zygons. Featured in this adventure are Nisha Nayar as Shay Elhan, Maddison Bulleyment as Wren Elhan, Ben Arogundade as Lind Tavener, and Eric Stroud as Kayon Yolen.
Doctor Who: The Eighth Doctor Adventures – Empty Vessels is currently available for £19.99 for download only or £24.99 for both the download and a limited collector’s edition 3-disc CD box set.
