Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader is coming to Nintendo Switch 2.
The light of the God Emperor illuminates the Nintendo Switch 2 as Owlcat Games announces the launch of Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader. Being the first Warhammer 40,000 title for the Switch 2, players will be excited to learn that Owlcat Games has included all game updates along with the base title, offering over 100 hours of gameplay. Check out the new launch trailer below…
In Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader, players assume the role of a member of an ancient lineage of daring privateers, known as Rogue Traders, who have been trading and safeguarding a region of space at the very fringe of Imperial Space. Armed with the Emperor’s blessings and their Warrant of Trade, these privateers command enormous vessels called Voidships to not only defend the Imperium of Man's borders but also to extend human territory.
In addition to a sophisticated Voidship, players have a considerable number of personnel at their disposal who will follow their leader without question. These personnel will carry out any orders given, even assisting in combat when needed.
As players navigate through space, they will face numerous choices, such as whether to treat their personnel with kindness or contempt, or whether to remain faithful to the Emperor or betray him by allying with the enemies of the Imperium. Every decision made will reverberate across entire star systems and alter the game's universe.
Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader is now available on the Nintendo Switch 2, with two upcoming DLCs set to release in the future.
