      Curzon has released the initial teaser trailer for Bitter Christmas, the newest project from renowned Spanish director Pedro Almodóvar. The film stars Aitana Sánchez-Gijón, Milena Smit, Carmen Machi, Bárbara Lennie, Rossy de Palma, and Leonardo Sbaraglia. Watch it below...

      Following her mother's passing in December, advertising director Elsa throws herself into her work as a means of coping. However, after experiencing a panic attack that compels her to take a break, she chooses to travel to Lanzarote with her friend Patricia, leaving her partner Bonifacio in Madrid.

      Bitter Christmas is set to arrive in cinemas in the UK and US in 2026.
