Star Wars Legends: The Newspaper Strips Omnibus will compile classic stories from the distant galaxy.

      Marvel Comics has revealed the forthcoming release of Star Wars Legends: The Newspaper Strips Omnibus, a 1,096-page hardcover compilation that gathers colorized versions of the classic Star Wars comic strips from the Los Angeles Times Syndicate. These strips originally appeared in newspapers from 1979 to 1985 and were previously collected and colorized by Dark Horse. The Omnibus includes Classic Star Wars: The Early Adventures (1994) issues #1-9, Classic Star Wars: Han Solo at Stars’ End (1997) issues #1-3, Classic Star Wars (1992) issues #1-20, Classic Star Wars: A New Hope (1994) issues #1-2, Classic Star Wars: The Vandelhelm Mission (1995) issue #1, and Star Wars newspaper strips such as “The Constancia Affair,” “The Kashyyyk Depths,” and “Planet of Kadril.” Below is the official description, along with the main and variant covers featuring classic artwork by Al Williamson.
