      Well Go USA has released a trailer for "Youngblood," a remake of the 1986 film directed by Hubert Davis. The sports drama centers on young hockey talent Dean (Ashton James), who leaves Detroit to play for the Hamilton Mustangs in Canada. While his skills attract attention, he faces challenges to his pride and abilities as he encounters a resentful coach and a rival enforcer.

      The film features a cast that includes Ashton James, Alexandra McDonald, Henri Picard, Emidio Lopes, Olunike Adelyi, Tamara Podemski, Keris Hope Hill, Donald MacLean Jr., Joris Jarsky, Allan Hawco, Shawn Doyle, and Blair Underwood. You can watch the trailer below.

      Nurtured by his tough father (Blair Underwood) with a strong focus on grit and hockey, Dean Youngblood transitions from Detroit to the Hamilton Mustangs in Canada. His top-tier talent garners attention, but his pride makes him antagonists and leads to him being sidelined by a bitter coach. Following a significant confrontation with rival goon Carl Racki, Dean receives mentorship from team captain Sutton and discovers unexpected romance with the coach’s daughter. When Racki brutally injures Sutton, Dean is faced with a critical playoff match—and a decision between anger and growth.

      "Youngblood" will be released in theaters on March 6th.
