      Peacock has unveiled the trailer for The Burbs, its small-screen reboot of the 1989 cult classic directed by Joe Dante. The series features Keke Palmer and Jack White as a young couple who relocate to "the safest town in America," only to uncover a cul-de-sac filled with hidden secrets.

      Created by Celeste Hughey (High Fidelity, Dead to Me), The Burbs also includes performances by Justin Kirk (Weeds), Julia Duffy (Newhart), Paula Pell (Wine Country), and Mark Proksch (What We Do in the Shadows). Watch the trailer below…

      "Set in contemporary suburbia, The Burbs follows a young couple who return to the husband's childhood home. Their lives take a turn when new neighbors arrive next door, revealing old secrets from the cul-de-sac and introducing new deadly dangers that disrupt the tranquillity of their once-peaceful neighborhood." The Burbs will begin streaming on February 8th on Peacock.
