A Quiet Place is making its way to comic books with a preview of A Quiet Place: Storm Warning #1.

The popular horror series A Quiet Place is making its transition to comic books next week, thanks to IDW Publishing’s IDW Dark imprint and the introduction of the new series A Quiet Place: Storm Warning. You can preview the first issue in the official sneak peek below.

The world fell silent as it ended. The creatures attacked the cities initially. However, in Pearl, Iowa — a small town situated on the Mississippi — the mayor and the locals believe that this is an issue for others. Isolated from the coastal turmoil, they think they can endure the storm. But fire chief Lonnie Fry understands the reality. The sound-hunting creatures are heading west, and unless the residents of Pearl take significant measures, silence won’t protect them — it will entomb them.

This marks the first-ever comic series of A Quiet Place, brought to you by renowned creators Phil Hester (Green Arrow, Swamp Thing) and Ryan Kelly (Lucifer, Local) — offering an unpublished tale of fear, family, and sacrifice within the chilling universe of the hit films.

A Quiet Place: Storm Warning #1 will be available for purchase on Wednesday, March 11th, 2026.
