Terror Films has unveiled a trailer for Saturnalia, the forthcoming horror movie created by writer-director Daniel John Lerch. This film pays tribute to the giallo genre of the 1970s, featuring a young woman who is sent to a distinguished academy following her parents' mysterious deaths. There, she begins to suspect that the school and its harsh headmistress are concealing something far more malevolent.
The cast consists of Sophia Anthony, Velvet, Dante Blake, Amariah Dionne, Maddie Siepe, Morgan Messina, and Brian Landis. You can watch the trailer below...
Set in 1979, the story follows Miriam Basconi, who is sent to the esteemed Alstroemerias Academy after her parents' enigmatic demise. Faced with a ruthless headmistress and vanishing students, Miriam must uncover the truth behind the events occurring within the academy's walls, revealing a bizarre world hidden from view.
Saturnalia is scheduled to be released on April 24th.
