Boom! Studios has announced that it will commemorate the 40th anniversary of The Hellbound Heart this November with the launch of Clive Barker’s Hellraiser Omnibus Volume 1, a 500+ page collection featuring the definitive continuation of the Hellraiser story. This volume includes the complete 2011 Hellraiser #1-20 comic series and Hellraiser Annual #1, all developed with Barker’s close supervision and creative direction.

“I’m thrilled to collaborate with Boom! again to create comics and graphic novels that not only introduce exciting new projects, but also reimagine the dark mythologies I’m well-known for,” Barker stated. “There are many doors waiting to be unlocked, revealing realms of strange fantasy and horror on the other side.”

“When we first released Hellraiser comics back in 2011, we had an incredible experience,” commented Bryce Carlson, Boom’s Deputy Publisher. “That content has been out of print and difficult to find, but we’re reopening the Lament Configuration 15 years later and bringing hell back for all the devoted fans who have waited.”

“This new collection is essential for fans of Clive Barker’s groundbreaking works and anyone who is passionate about dark fantasy and supernatural horror,” said Josh Hayes, VP of Sales & Marketing at Boom! Studios. “Hellraiser Omnibus Volume 1 meets the demand from both collectors and new readers, providing a unique opportunity to engage with Barker’s visionary storytelling in a definitive format.”

Clive Barker’s Hellraiser Omnibus Volume 1 is set to be released on November 24th, 2026.
