Lionsgate has released a new trailer, along with posters and images for The Hunger Games: Sunrise of the Reaping, the second prequel in the series inspired by Suzanne Collins' book of the same name.
The sixth installment in the dystopian fantasy film series is directed once again by Francis Lawrence and features a cast that includes Joseph Zada, Jesse Plemons, Ralph Fiennes, Glenn Close, Kieran Culkin, Elle Fanning, Mckenna Grace, Maya Hawke, Whitney Peak, and Kelvin Harrison Jr. You can watch the trailer below...
THE HUNGER GAMES: SUNRISE ON THE REAPING will take us back to the world of Panem 24 years prior to the events of The Hunger Games, beginning on the morning of the reaping for the 50th Hunger Games, also referred to as the Second Quarter Quell.
The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping is scheduled to be released on November 20, 2026.
