She was born in the year 241 of the Third Age and passed away in the year 121 of the Fourth Age; she hails from Middle-earth. Her father is Elrond, Lord of Rivendell, and her mother is Celebrían, Princess of Lothlórien. Arwen carries the lineage of the three prominent Elven royal families: the Noldor, the Sindar, and the Vanyar. As a member of Half-elven descent, she had the choice to embrace either the destiny of the Elves or that of Mortals.
