Dark Horse Comics has announced Masters of the Universe: Genesis.
Dark Horse Comics and Mattel have announced a new twelve-issue comic series titled Masters of the Universe: Genesis, which will follow the forthcoming live-action Masters of the Universe film. This series aims to delve into the history of Eternia from the perspectives of its most heroic champions and wicked warriors.
The series will begin with a three-issue storyline penned by writer Rich Douek, illustrated by Gavin Smith, colored by Fabi Marques, and lettered by AndWorld Design. Subsequent story arcs will feature contributions from writers such as Cavan Scott, Nick Roche, John Harris Dunning, Giovanna La Pietra, Tiffany Smith, and others.
Explore the origins of your favorite heroes and villains! In the first issue, we are introduced to Skeletor, a power-hungry demon-mage intent on taking control of Castle Grayskull, conquering Eternia, and claiming the title of Master of the Universe!
