      IO Interactive has unveiled a new trailer for 007 First Light that highlights several essential features that players will utilize as Bond. The "Rules of Spycraft" trailer offers insights into the experience of being an MI6 recruit immersed in the realm of espionage.

      This recent trailer for the visually striking 007 First Light demonstrates the developers’ emphasis on creativity within the gameplay. Players will have the freedom to approach missions using various methods of spycraft.

      Players can gain access to locations by staying ahead of adversaries through eavesdropping for crucial intelligence, which can then be used to devise ways to deceive guards or employ stealth tactics without alerting anyone.

      Gadgets from Q Branch are crucial assets for Bond, allowing players to create a loadout that includes a selection of tools designed for stealth, distractions, and inventive problem-solving. Available gadgets include the Q‑Lens, which pinpoints information and hackable devices; the Q-Watch for activating gadgets and causing diversions; and the Laser Strap, effective for stunning enemies and creating environmental distractions, among others.

      When stealth tactics and deception fall short, players can resort to combat. They can leverage their surroundings to defeat enemies in close-range encounters, rush at opponents before they can shoot, or utilize the Focus feature to decelerate time for accurate maneuvers. Once ammunition is depleted, firearms can still serve as effective weapons, as players can throw them to disorient enemies.

      After completing each mission, players can engage in Tactical Simulation mode to refine their skills. Each mission attempted in this mode will be scored and contribute to the global and friends' leaderboards.

      007 First Light is now available for pre-order and is set to launch on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on May 27th. Nintendo Switch 2 players can anticipate its arrival this summer. All pre-orders will include a complimentary upgrade to the Deluxe Edition.
