Star Wars: The Fall of Kylo Ren will advance the story of Ben Solo this August.
Marvel Comics has revealed plans to further develop the story of Ben Solo this August, as writer Charles Soule and artist Will Sliney continue their collaboration following Star Wars: Rise of Kylo Ren and Star Wars: Legacy of Vader with a new five-issue limited series titled Star Wars: The Fall of Kylo Ren.
“The narrative of Kylo Ren (and Ben Solo, naturally) has always felt significant to me,” Soule remarked. “It was evident that there was much more to discover beyond what the films presented, and delivering fresh tales for one of Star Wars' most notable villains has been both a joy and a challenge. I’m excited to do it one last time, and even more thrilled to be reunited with the amazing Will Sliney, who initially worked with me on The Rise of Kylo Ren years ago. First the Rise, then the Reign, and now the Fall… it simply feels right.”
“This is the one project I've been eager to return to,” said artist Will Sliney. “From the moment Charles and I collaborated on The Rise of Kylo Ren, we understood we were part of something unique. Honestly, I’ve never encountered a fan base so enthusiastic for a story as when we were working on Rise, and for some time, Charles and I had been secretly discussing The Fall of Kylo Ren. The narrative we explored in Rise is a crucial aspect of Ben Solo's tale. Fall holds the same importance. I’m excited to be back drawing it and can’t wait for it to reach people.”
