Miracle Media has unveiled a trailer for the UK release of director Nikolas Pelekai’s action-thriller, The Penance.
The narrative centers on ex-mercenaries Trav (Travis Gomez) and Stephano (Stephano Rodriguez) who embark on a violent quest for revenge following a failed rescue attempt that leads to their younger sister being murdered in front of them at the hands of a trafficking cartel. Set in a corrupt city, Trav (Travis Gomez) and Stephano (Stephano Rodriguez) are plagued by their past. When a cartel kidnaps their younger sister, the brothers initiate a desperate effort to rescue her. However, their attempt turns catastrophic when she is fatally killed before their very eyes. Overwhelmed by grief and fury, the brothers set out on a relentless hunt for vengeance.
The Penance will be available digitally on June 22nd.
