Gabriel Luna becomes part of the cast for season 2 of Dexter: Resurrection.
The second season of Dexter: Resurrection has introduced another antagonist for Dexter Morgan to confront, with Gabriel Luna (The Last of Us) joining the cast.
Luna will appear in a guest role as Ray Ballard, a serial killer dubbed The Sleepy-Eyed Stranger. He is likely to be one of the names on Dexter's list after he took Leon Prater’s files on the serial killers he had encountered throughout the years.
Season two of Resurrection will feature Dexter facing off against The New York Ripper, a retired serial killer frequently referenced in the first season, and the one case that Detective Claudette Wallace couldn’t let go. Brian Cox will portray this character, with Dan Stevens playing another killer known as The Five Borough Killer. Additionally, Bokeem Woodbine and Nona Parker Johnson will join the series as two police officers.
Dexter: Resurrection stars Michael C. Hall reprising his legendary role as Dexter Morgan as he settles in New York City following a near-death experience and attempts to reconnect with and protect his son Harrison. Also returning for season two are Jack Alcott, Uma Thurman, James Remar, and Desmond Harrington as Joey Quinn, Dexter’s former colleague from Miami Metro, along with Krysten Ritter as Mia/Lady Vengeance, who was presumed dead in the first season.
