Gabriel Luna is cast in the second season of Dexter: Resurrection.
The second season of *Dexter: Resurrection* has introduced another new antagonist for Dexter Morgan to confront, with Gabriel Luna (The Last of Us) joining the cast. Luna will feature in a guest role as Ray Ballard, a serial killer dubbed The Sleepy-Eyed Stranger. He will certainly be among the individuals on Dexter’s list after he absconded with Leon Prater's files concerning the serial killers he encountered over the years.
In season two of *Resurrection*, Dexter will confront The New York Ripper, a retired serial killer frequently referenced in the first season, and a case that Detective Claudette Wallace could not move past. Brian Cox will portray this character, while Dan Stevens will take on the role of another killer known as The Five Borough Killer. Additionally, Bokeem Woodbine and Nona Parker Johnson will join the series as two police officers.
*Dexter: Resurrection* features Michael C. Hall returning to his iconic role as Dexter Morgan, who relocates to New York City following his near-fatal experience, seeking to reconnect with and safeguard his son Harrison. Returning for the second season are Jack Alcott, Uma Thurman, James Remar, and Desmond Harrington as Joey Quinn, Dexter’s former colleague from Miami Metro, along with Krysten Ritter as Mia/Lady Vengeance, a character presumed dead in the first season.
