      During its panel at San Diego Comic-Con International today, Prime Video unveiled the first teaser trailer for its sci-fi limited series, Blade Runner 2099.

      Taking place 50 years after Blade Runner 2049, the series centers on Cora (Hunter Schafer), a fugitive who joins forces with the ailing replicant Olwen (Michelle Yeoh) in a quest to track down a runaway concealing a secret that could jeopardize the fragile city of Los Angeles.

      The cast of Blade Runner 2099 also features Dimitri Abold, Lewis Gribben, Katelyn Rose Downey, Daniel Rigby, Johnny Harris, Amy Lennox, Sheila Atim, Matthew Needham, Tom Burke, and Maurizio Lombardi. You can watch the trailer below...

      Fifty years after the events of Blade Runner 2049, Los Angeles has experienced a rebirth, albeit not by human hands. Cora, a fugitive seeking to end her life on the run, assumes one final identity: a Blade Runner. She is compelled to team up with Olwen, a replicant on the verge of death, as they pursue a runaway harboring a truth that could destroy their delicate city.

      Blade Runner 2099 is set to premiere on Prime Video on November 25th.
